Important Update and Transparency
Dear Backers,
I hope this message finds you well.
We appreciate your ongoing support and commitment to our project.
Given some recent discourse, I want to provide an honest update on where things are at.
Over the last eight months, our company has unexpectedly faced several heavy blows, creating something of a perfect storm. We want to be fully transparent with you and our greater community on the reality of the situation both to manage expectations in terms of timelines and provide reassurance for any concerns.
We continue to progress projects as quickly as we can against the rising costs since Covid and other challenges. For example, as you might already be aware from other updates and our newsletter, our Facebook ads accounts were disabled, our website was deleted, and social media content and platforms were destroyed in Q4 2023. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
We are a family-run business based in Ireland with a small team and these challenges have knocked us off balance to say the least.
Things have been made even more difficult by individuals formerly associated with the business jeopardizing the livelihoods of our small team of employees and the fulfilment of our projects.
Luck of the Irish? Not here…
In some ways, it would be easier to admit defeat and shut everything down.
But that isn’t who we are!
We’ve committed to these projects (and to you), and as long as it might be taking, we ARE bring open projects to completion.
But first, we need to get things back on track after the year that was 2023.
Our small team is working tirelessly to recover and I couldn’t be prouder or more grateful to be surrounded by such incredible people.
To ensure we can deliver on our promises and close out open projects, we’re dedicating February and March to regrouping and figuring out the details for how we’ll proceed for the rest of 2024. During this period, we won’t have as much time to respond to comments/emails, but please understand that this decision is crucial for the long-term success of open projects.
Our commitment to transparency means that we will provide a detailed breakdown of our plans and strategies for 2024 by the end of February.
We know we’re talking about less communication for a little while when communication hasn’t exactly been stellar in the first place. But focussing on regrouping will ensure we honor our promises and deliver on our commitments.
We want to express our gratitude for the understanding and grace our creative partners and the community have already extended. We acknowledge that frustrations can run high, especially concerning slowness in closing out projects. However, we want to assure you that we fight diligently to preserve what we have built over the years, and we refuse to let those seeking to undermine our efforts succeed.
Mag of Holding: Breath of the Feywild Update
The physical copies of these are continuing to go out in batches, the majority mailed from Ireland.

Long Awaited Update!

Hey folks,
I wanted to post this update tomorrow when I had a chance to take pictures of packages in the office (it's currently midnight here) but we've had a lot of requests for an update on this campaign.
Breath of the Feywild
You'll be glad to know that physical copies of Breath of the Feywild will start shipping this coming Tuesday (it would be Monday only we're running a workshop). Since we're posting them from the office, Ireland and the UK will get their packages fairly quickly. Boxes going across the pond to our fulfillment depot will take a little longer and might end up having to ride the Christmas rush, depending on how quickly the depot can line things up.
We hope they'll get out to folks before Christmas, but there is a chance some will receive packages shortly after the holidays.
We'll post another update in a few days when we've shipped the first lot of packages.
Tales from the Lorekeeper
We're experiencing delays in the production process for the Murder of Crows add-on. I'll post more details on that in the coming weeks as we work through those issues and get a better idea of how to proceed. However, instead of making backers wait longer, we're going to send Breath of the Feywild separately, and we'll send the add-one once it's ready.

Status of Print Copies

Good News
We have good news, friends! Our UK & European backers will begin receiving their copies in the next couple of weeks. Keep an eye on your deliveries, and leave a comment when yours arrives. We can't wait to hear what you think. 😊
Project Status
Our team continues to work diligently to tie up the final pieces of this project, which consists primarily of fulfilling the print copies.
Looking Ahead
Our US backers' copies will be following shortly. We've had to undertake an unexpected print run in the States due to some knock-on delays trying to ship the prints from Ireland.
Our team is so grateful for your patience, encouragement, and support. 🙌
☀️ July Update: What's in the boxes?

They're here!
Two pallets of boxes arrived somewhere along the north coast of Ireland, and they are filled to the brim with copies of Mag of Holding: Breath of the Feywild and A Monstrous Escape from Mag of Holding: Gothic Horror!
When to Expect Your Copy
Paddy and Co are packing and shipping them ASAP, so if you're in the United States, be aware that it will take time to ship over the pond. Watch your mailbox over the next few weeks, and come back to leave a comment when yours arrives. 😊
The Print Run is Done!

Hey folks,
Just a quick heads up that the print job finished on Wednesday last week for Mag of Holding - Breath of the Feywild. The shipment should be with us next week and then at our US and UK warehouses by the end of the month. This means you'll start receiving your book in the next 4 - 6 weeks.
Apologies again for the long wait for this one.
Our new marketing manager, Audrey will keep you posted more often now that she's helping out around these parts. I don't know what we ever did without her.
